What are the Tiers (Levels) and how do they work?
Affiliates work in Tiers (Levels). You can have your own Affiliates and each of them can have their own as well. Every one of these layers is called Tier or Level and this Affiliate Program has
up to 3 Tiers (Levels).

What are banners for and where can I display them?

Do I need to have a web site to participate in the Affiliate Program?
No. You can always publish our banners in web sites that were built for people that don't have one of their own. We recommend you to have your own web site so you can manage
your own environment, however, publishing banners and texts in other web sites is an excellent way of getting started.

How much do you pay in commissions?
Affiliates earn 10% commissions of all sales closed via their link. You need to reach, at least, $100 to withdraw your money to your PayPal, check or bank account. If you don't have a PayPal account
you can open one at www.paypal.com. Second and third Tier (Level) Affiliates can earn 2.5% of the sales closed by their affiliates. Check out our the Terms and Conditions for more details.

How often are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly after you will reach, at least, $100 on your account.

Do you offer any commissions statistics?
Yes. Once you are approved for our Affiliate Program simply log into your Affiliate account and check the information regarding your sales, clicks and banners.

How are my sales tracked?
Our links contain a unique coding that identifies anyone coming from your web site. The cookies used in the coding last for lifetime, meaning that if someone came from your web site to one of our online stores today and decided not to buy but came back few months from now from the same computer,
you would still get your commission for that sale.

What do I do if I've lost my Affiliate Program password?
Use our password retrieval link to request lost passwords. We will email your password to you using the email address you have provided when you signed up for our affiliate program.

How do I cancel my Affiliate account?
To cancel your Affiliate account, you send an email through the Contact Us link. Please click on the Affiliates button in the Contact Us and tell us that you want to cancel.
Your Affiliate account will be cancelled in 2 business days and the money accumulated in your account will be sent to you.
